That’s why we want to be totally transparent about our shipping process, so you know exactly what to expect, from the moment you click “checkout” to the moment your package lands on your doorstep. No surprises, just clear, friendly info about delivery times, costs, and a few little things that might affect your shipment. Let’s dive in!
Where Do We Ship?
Right now, we ship to all countries in the European Union (EU) and the United States (US)—we’re working hard to expand soon, but for now, we’re focusing on making sure our EU and US fam get the best possible shipping experience. If you’re outside these regions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team—we’ll let you know when we can ship to you!
Shipping Times (What to Expect)
We want your FLEXVERA pieces to get to you as quickly as possible, and we’ve worked with trusted shipping partners to keep our delivery times consistent. Here’s a breakdown of our typical shipping timelines (from the day your order is processed):
• European Union (EU): 8-12 business days. This includes countries like Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, and all other EU member states. We ship from our EU warehouse, so delivery is nice and quick for our European friends!
• United States (US): 12-16 business days. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our US shipments come from our international warehouse, and we work with reliable carriers to get your order to you as fast as we can.
A quick note about processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday—we don’t process orders on weekends or major holidays). So if you order on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday, and your shipping timeline will start then.
When Might Shipping Take a Little Longer?
We do our best to stick to the timelines above, but sometimes life (and shipping!) throws us a curveball—and that’s totally out of our control. Here are a few instances where your delivery might be a little delayed, and we appreciate your patience when it happens:
• Holidays: Major holidays (like Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, Easter, and EU-specific holidays like Bastille Day or Oktoberfest) can slow down shipping carriers. Everyone’s busy, and delivery times might be extended by 2-3 days during these periods.
• Extreme Weather: Snowstorms, hurricanes, heatwaves, or other extreme weather conditions can disrupt shipping routes and cause delays. We’ll always keep an eye on the weather and update you if we know your shipment will be affected.
• Peak Seasons: Busy shopping times like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or end-of-season sales mean more packages are being shipped—carriers get swamped, and delivery times might be extended by 3-5 days. We recommend ordering early during these times if you need your items by a specific date!
If your order is delayed for any of these reasons, we’ll send you an email to let you know—and we’ll include a tracking update so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way. We hate delays too, but we promise we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs (Simple & Transparent)
We believe shipping should be affordable, so we’ve kept our costs simple and straightforward—no hidden fees, just clear pricing based on your location. Here are our most common shipping rates (these apply to most orders; larger orders may have slightly different costs, but we’ll show you the exact price at checkout):
• European Union (EU):
– Orders under €50: €4.99 shipping fee
– Orders €50 and above: FREE shipping! 🎉
• United States (US):
– Orders under $50: $5.99 shipping fee
– Orders $50 and above: FREE shipping! 🎉
That’s it—no complicated calculations, just simple, fair pricing. And if you spend over the threshold, you get free shipping—our little way of saying thank you for choosing FLEXVERA!
Tracking Your Order
We know you’ll want to track your package once it’s on its way—and we don’t blame you! As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can also find your tracking number in your FLEXVERA account (if you created one) under “Order History.”
Just a heads up: It might take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive the email—carriers need a little time to scan the package and update their systems. If your tracking isn’t updating after a few days, don’t worry—just reach out to us, and we’ll look into it for you.
International Shipping Notes (For EU & US)
For EU Customers: All orders shipped within the EU have no additional customs fees or taxes—we handle all that for you! You won’t have to pay anything extra when your package arrives; it’s all included in your order total.
For US Customers: Most orders shipped to the US won’t have customs fees, but occasionally, smaller orders might be subject to minimal import fees (this is rare, but it’s up to US customs). If you do get charged a fee, it’s the responsibility of the recipient to cover it—we’ll always do our best to minimize this, but it’s out of our control.
Lost or Missing Packages
We hate when packages go missing—and we’ll work with you to fix it! If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated shipping time (plus a few extra days for delays), please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll track your package, contact the shipping carrier, and do everything we can to locate it. If we can’t find it, we’ll send you a replacement order for free or process a full refund—whichever you prefer. We’ve got your back!
